Maura’s expertise as a care manager recognized the major gaps in my mother’s daily life. She developed and implemented a plan that provided excellent care for the right reasons, allowing my mother to maintain a level of independence. She provided trust and confidence that served as “our bright light” throughout my mother’s long and painful journey with COPD.

Dear Maura,
We can’t express how much we appreciate having you as our mother’s care manager. We could not do without your guidance, support and kind, caring manner. The way you go above and beyond
the call of duty time and again has proven that your involvement has made such a positive difference in her life and ultimately ours. Our very sincere thanks.

I have worked with Maura over the past five years and have referred many residents to her services. When I first met Maura what stood out was her genuine compassion for the elderly. In working with her I found her sincere empathy combined with her extensive knowledge is what sets her apart from her contemporaries.

As a case manager for a home care agency I have had the pleasure of working with Maura Bailey and Coastal Care. Maura’s geriatric care knowledge and attention to detail are outstanding. She is committed to providing excellent service and is always available to assist with questions or guidance. She is a pro at navigating the sometimes confusing array of services for seniors.

Dear Maura,

Being at a distance from my aging mother would have been far more challenging without your guidance and attentive care. Not only were you a lifeline to my mother, but her 3 children as well.  We knew our mother had an advocate and friend, which was so reassuring.  The three of us agree, you made such a positive difference in her life. We will forever be grateful for your loving support. Thank you so much for always being there.

“At a very difficult time your knowledge and compassionate heart were invaluable to us. Our parents could not have been in better hands. Thank You so very much!

My father has always been the strongest man I have known. In the past two years, health issues have taken their toll on him. My three siblings and I made the difficult decision to move him from Florida back to New England so he could be closer to the three of us. His cognitive health continued to decline and it was suggested we hire a local care manager to oversee his care. Maura Bailey was that care manager and from the moment I met her, I knew my father was in very capable and loving hands.  Maura is very consistent in her communication with us on how my father is doing and makes some of the more difficult discussions, bearable. The best part of all this is how much my father (and his aging stronghold on his independence) absolutely loves Maura – he lights up when she is in the room or on the phone.  I can’t imagine what this past year would’ve been like without Maura and know that whatever may happen with my father’s care in the future, Maura will be right beside all of us.
